Swimsuit Picks 2014

Since I live in Florida, the sun definitely comes out earlier for us than the rest of the country.  However, I bet many of you are planning your spring break vacations and getaways.  I am so looking forward to getting a nice glow and relaxing on the beach.  Can't wait to take Mila for a swim.  I'll probably do another post on toddler/baby swimsuits.  Swimwear for kids is my weakness.  There are so many cute options and since we go the beach/pool almost year round, it's hard to resist ;)

Favorite Spring Trend 2014

With Spring just around the corner, I compiled a list of my favorite spring picks.  Since I live in Florida, the sun is already out but it is still chilly.  I love pairing boyfriend jeans and leather leggings with loose fitting tops.  Dresses are an easy no brainer, paired with a trench or a light jacket.  Pastel colors this season are all over from sweaters to dresses, to shoes and jewelry.

I bought the prettiest Zara pleated skirt and can't wait to wear it with a pair of nude flats.  I am still sporting it with my over the knee boots, but I'm hoping in a couple weeks the sunny days will stay for good.  The key is to wear what you already have and incorporate a few key pieces like a pastel cashmere sweater or a neutral wedge.  Try a sky blue clutch and a crystal statement necklace paired with your favorite jeans and white crisp tee.  Don't forget your favorite sunglasses and a cute baseball cap to keep your hair looking fresh with all the spring showers.  Have fun and enjoy Spring and all the bloom it brings!
