Photoshoot & Few Recent Outfits

I was given the opportunity to model for a local company that sells these beautiful sarongs. Handmade in Bali. Sadly they are only sold in boutiques. If I get any news of them being sold online, I will let all of you know!! Here are a few snapshots from the shoot taken by the talented Dorothy Snyder; I had way too much fun. Didn't feel like work at all ;)

Masha is growing up so fast. Everyday when we go outside, she runs and smells the flowers. She has such a beautiful heart. Makes me slow down and enjoy these precious moments I have with her at this young age.

Masha is all into dresses. First thing she says when we are getting dressed is "Platya" means Dress in Russian. Here she wanted to wear this Bobo Choses dress that is slightly too big on her, but she pulls it off well. Very hippie don't you think ;)

Love a sleek look especially with the hair part down the middle. Here I paired a J Crew sweater, with a Trouve leather jacket (sold out, very similar one here, and here), and polka dot jeans. And why not add some leopard booties. Btw Trouve jackets have the softest leather EVER! If you haven't already, drop by Nordstrom and check them out. You will not be disappointed ;)

My curious lovebug. Can't wait for the warmer weather so we can spend our days at the park and ocean. Love this lil outfit on her.

Nordstrom & Crewcuts Recent Buys for Baby/Toddler

Here are a few things I picked up for Masha for upcoming spring/summer season. Some of my favorite places to shop for her are Crewcuts, Nordstrom, and Zara. And locally, TJ Maxx, Target, and Baby Gap always has tons of affordable unique finds.

I always use Ebates to earn cash back on online purchases. If you are new, they will send you a gift card with your first purchase with ANY online retailer found on their site! Can't say enough good things about it, love getting a deposit into my paypal account every couple months ;)

What is your favorite place to shop for your baby/toddler?

I am officially obsessed with Salt Waters. These Red beauties are comfy and stylish. Love the scalloped edges and laser-cut hearts. Masha always reaches for these or her navy pair (different style). I have yet to test them in the water since it's still a bit chilly for the beach.

I heard the childs foot molds to the shoe, similar to Robeez (my favorite baby shoes EVER made)

This is her 2nd Pair of Toms. A great everyday shoe, especially for the park because bark always seems to creep into her sandals. I decided on the black because since its made of canvas, dirt is noticable. Plus its a classic and can be passed down to boy/girl. These look too cute on little feet and super easy to get on. I have been eyeing these mary jane style ones. Perfect for the park with cute spring dresses :)

Love Joe's Jeans for little ones. They are comfortable around the waist and material is very durable. They always come out with fun colors every season, and I try to pick up at least one, and this lavender color (neon purple), was way too cute (and I have a similar pair so we can match!!)

I love Mini Boden and there was no way I can pass up polka dot socks. Comes with 7 pairs, so one for each day of the week. This would also make a great baby shower gift!!

Crew Cuts hooded stripe dress. Its a great lil dress for year round. Add a cute Wee One hair bow and your doll is set.

Love this boatneck sailor top from Crewcuts. It's classic, 100% cotton, and I love the the three quarter sleeves. Great little top for spring.

Spring = Flowy Dresses & Boots...

I am a huge fan of wearing boots all year round. As we transition into spring, I love pairing them with flowy oversized dresses. It gives it a vintage vibe. Add a draped leather jacket, a statement necklace and you are set.

Nordstrom Spring Splurges - Wildfox, Truth & Pride, etc.

Wildfox 'Baby Love' V-Neck Tee

I am a huge fan of Wildfox, and when I saw this in store, I knew I had to buy it for spring. The material is lightweight and the deep v-neck is perfect. Let's talk about the hearts! It's girly yet the fit is edgy. I absolutely love it. I have a few other Wildfox pieces and they are great for everyday wear

Truth & Pride Leather Sleeve Moto Jacket

I am all about leather jackets! Even living in Florida, every place we go to is still under A/C. Chic and modern, it is perfect to throw over any outfit. The white creamy leather sleeves make it perfect for the warmer weather. I couldn't pass this one up. Plus Truth & Pride has been one of my favorites for a while now, the quality is superb for the price.

Paige 'Jimmy Jimmy' Distressed Skinny Jeans (Riley Destruction)

These are great for casual wear during the spring/summer. I love the look/feel of these. You can dress these up with heels or wear them with sneakers. Great buy that will last you forever!!

Edyson The Sloan Skinny Jeans

I love all the printed jeans this season. And these are no exception. Polka dots have always been a favorite, and everyone knows I'm a "Jeans and tee shirt" gal. Love the distressing at the knee. And the price is awesome compared to the Marc Jacobs version. I tried both on, and honestly these were just as great!

Every season I like to splurge on a few key pieces. I am a bargain hunter at heart. Always check Nordstrom Rack, lots of times they have the same item on sale there.

Black on Black Chic and Save1

Recently I spend the day with my sister in law. We headed over to Saks Fifth Avenue and had fun playing with makeup. Can't wait to share the products I picked out. Let's just say I finally have a YSL lipstick.

I wore something chic and not over done. And I wanted the statement necklace to be the main focus. I also used the headband curls technique (I love no heat styles) and this is probably one of my favorite looks of all time!

I also wanted to share a new website I recently learned about called Save1
It reminds me of Ebates and Retailmenot.

Here is the concept:

It is so simple, just search for the store you want to shop at, click on the link and it will redirect you to the site. They will provide a meal to a child.

I love to shop online and always search for coupons, so this website was made for me! I love the fact they are using something we all do and donate to a cause that actually matters.
