Ok How Awesome is Coconut Oil?!

 
 
Coconut Oil is truly amazing! It can be used for cooking, as well as for your body.  I add about a tablespoon to my smoothie in the morning.  The taste is not strong at all, actually very pleasant.  Also a great for massage ;)
