Kate Spade Sale, Hair Cut and Computer Issues

I'm so excited for the weekend! Time to relax and enjoy time with family.

And guess what happened today?

My computer stopped working. Well it powers up, but the screen is white. This is the second time my Sony Vaio has been giving me issues. In June the motherboard was replaced, and now this. My hubs is telling me to buy a Mac desk top, I just don't know at this point. I'm pretty discouraged. It should be fixed in a few days :)

On the brighter side! Kate Spade is have 30% off your purchase! Use coupon code: F12FFUS

There are a few things I have been eyeing! Some of their bangles are charming.

Don't forget to go through Ebates before purchasing anywhere on the web. It really needs to become a habit. And right when you make your first purchase of $25 bucks, they will send you a $10 gift card. I actually used mine a couple days ago at Target. Pretty sweet :)

Here is a link if you haven't signed up yet:

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend!

Till Next Time.

Always Lovely,

Luba

P.S.

I got my hair cut/trimmed yesterday. Here is a pic right after. Btw workout outfit is from Target. Love their champion brand.

And last pic is what I want to do to my hair as soon as I reach the length.

Nordstrom Picks - Blazer, Booties, Jeans, & Tops

There is no surpise that I am a huge fan of Nordstrom and their outlet, The Rack.  I always find great deals and unique pieces.  Here are a few items that are pleasing to the eye ;)

These booties are effortless and the Red color is irresistible.  I can see myself pairing it with dresses and skinnies.  They also come in Black, Olive, Burgundy, and Saddle.

How charming is this blazer?! I seriously own a few blazers from Truth & Pride and they are all so remarkably made!  This one has a tuxedo shawl lapel and is made of silk.  It' versatile and pretty!

I love Wildfox for their chic and rock n' roll vibe.  This one caught my eye.  Je T'aime means "I Love You" in French.  Ok how darling is that!

I'm a lover of floral prints and this one was no exeption.  I love the contrast sleeves and peplum hem! I am huge on the retro look and this would work perfectly paired with a pencil skirt or a sharp pair of bell bottoms.  I own a 2 pairs of Mother Curfew jeans and oh how I adore them!

I don't own a pair of red jeans.  When I saw these, I knew I needed a pair.  These can be worn any season and they look stunning on! And I may be biased, however J Brand makes a phenomemal pair of jeans! I love that these are mid rise, lately I have been buying more of this rise.  I think partly because when I lean over I don't like having to pull at my jeans to make sure nothing is revealed ;)

What are some of your favorite stores? Do you have any items on your wishlist?

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Thursday!

Till Next Time.

Always Lovely,

Outfits and Few Lovely Things

This week has been extra long and I am happy it is the weekend.  My hubs is home and I love watching him play with Masha.  Plus he makes an amazing omelet!

And here are a few photos of the week and some purchases I made.
Of course, I added a few lovely things that caught my eye ;)

Enjoy :)

She is such a busy bee.  Learning her letters and coloring.  Can you say "Multitasking"!

Heading to Bone Fish Grill.  Love this Theory Duria top (has definitely been a go to item past few weeks).  The color is gorgeous in person and the silk is high quality.

Ok, I love hats! And this one is AMAZING! By Eric Javits, he knows what he ;is doing :)
I love a wide-brim fedora and the ribbon band adds something extra.  I recently bought a Kate Spade hat and I love it as well.  And I love the patent bow band.  Gorgeous!

I am glad it is Fall.  Yes, in Florida we still have plenty of sun, however Starbucks has started serving the Pumpkin Spice Lattes and I am so happy. My favorite go to coffee at home is the Breakfast blend.  What are some of your favorites?

Bonefish Grill:  Pad Thai (BEST DISH EVER) Oh how I have missed Thai food, living in Seattle, I was a bit spoiled with all the amazing asian cuisine.

Outfit from last night.  Sorry it's blurry.  I wore these coated J Brand jeans.  They look like leather.  My hubs asked if they were, lol.  Love the fit & color!

Kate Spade Quilted Bag (Similar Here)
Necklace - Vintage

Outfit I wore recently to the park.

Trouve top - Similar
Kate Spade purse- Similar

Ordered this top by Haute Hippie.  Found an amazing deal via Ebay.  Most important thing in life is love and I thought this top was right on point.  This one is sold out, but here is a similar one.

I have been looking for a good car seat and found a great deal on this one by Safety 1st.  I love the 5-position adjustable headrest which easily accommodates as Masha will grow.  And the color is definitely a plus too.  What girl doesn't love pink ;)  They also come in Black! So if you want a gender neutral one, that is a perfect option.

Happy Moments - Love spending time with Family.  Emily came down from Jax for Victor's bday.  She spent some time with Masha.  I love seeing them together.  She calls her Mimi.
How cute is that! Ahh, she left today.  Hopefully we will see her sooner than later.

LOVE, LOVE this outfit.  Something I would wear.  Coated Denim, Lace Top (Love this one!),
and those shoes are beautiful.  I'm thinking they are YSL, but I could be wrong.

Finally got my Leopard wedges.  I originally wanted the ones with the heel, but these are so much more comfortable (expecially for running around).

I painted my nails a deep burgundy/plum color by OPI.  I am loving it!  The name is Mrs O'leary's Bbq.  I normally go with a red or pink color, but when I noticed this one at the salon, it was calling my name.  My mom gave me this ring several rings back and I love it.  Similar one here,

I love this David Yurman one!

I wore this outfit to see Taken 2.  I love the missoni print dress.

Nursing Days are over...

My nursing days have come to an end. I honestly did not think I would nurse this long. It has been a special time for her and I these last 22 months. I made a decision that we need to stop now before she turns 2. I can't believe I went this long. I'm definitely a proud mama. And I thank my mom for helping me in the beginning. If not for her I would have given up a long time ago.

Last several nights have been hard. She is use to nursing at night but I expected it. Plus my body is going through so many changes. It's pretty uncomfortable right now. And I am emotional to top it all off. I know I shall miss these precious moments we shared. My baby is growing up.

And it hurts. Pretty badly. I need to trust God that he is holding her in his hands. I feel like the months are flying by. Do you ever feel like that?

If anyone has any advice or tips on how to have a smooth transition, I would so appreciate it.

Till next time.

Always Lovely,

Luba

P.S. Here are a few photos from last few days hanging out at different parks and playgrounds.

Nutella Cookies - Easy and Yummy!!

Do you love Nutella like I do?  Well I decided to try out this cookie recipe using Nutella.

Here is the simple recipe.  There are only 4 ingredients.  Yay to easy desserts :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 whole Egg

  • Prep Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.   Blend all ingedients together. Form into 1″ balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly using the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set.  Cool.   And enjoy with a glass of milk.

You can also try this recipe I found here  (These include hazelnuts)
There are a few more ingredients, but they turn out amazing!!

    Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 cup of Nutella
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups, plus 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts
  •

    Prep Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter in an electric mixer for 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and Nutella and mix well, scraping down the sides of the bowl to ensure even mixing.

    2. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating for 30 seconds between each. Add the vanilla and mix for 10 seconds.

    3. Sift together the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda (do not skip this step as sifting eliminates clumps of cocoa). Mix into the butter mixture on low speed until fully incorporated, scraping down the bottom and sides at least once to ensure even mixing. Fold in the chocolate chips and hazelnuts and refrigerate the dough for ten minutes.

    4. Spoon tablespoon-sized drops of dough onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheets for a minute or two before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Do you have any dessert recipes that you would like to share?  Please leave comment below.  I love trying new ones.

    Till Next Time.

J Brand Denim Jacket and Faux Leather

I love the look of a denim jacket and faux leather (it is still too hot to wear the "real" kind).  Yesterday was a gloomy, rainy day, so I decided to add a pop of color and accessorize with black sunnies, my fav purse, and flats.  Do you own a denim jacket?  How do you style it?
